THE RIMOWALL by Timur 6 No. 1

Timur 6 No. 1 is a creative photo studio and space designed for anyone with a passion for creating artwork, especially in the realm of visual arts. Embracing a mid-century theme, the studio integrates natural light and minimalist design concepts in every corner.

The name of this studio is taken from the words RIMO & WALL. The word rimo is inspired by one of the iconic products from the luggage brand: RIMOWA in 1950 which has an aluminum groove design with a striped texture.

This striped aluminum texture is installed on every studio wall so that it becomes the main theme of the studio.

FACILITIES & EQUIPMENTS

STUDIO GUIDELINES
- Full payment is required for booking dates.
- Please arrive on time according to the booking schedule. (Timer is set to begin exactly at the time that has been booked)
- Rescheduling of booking dates is allowed with prior notice of at least 24 Hours.
- Customers causing damage to the property during their scheduled photoshoot will be fined.
- Only models are allowed to wear shoes inside the studio
- Clients are responsible of the cleanliness and damage during renting time. Minimum of IDR 500.000 cleaning fee is required for excessively dirty studio or there is any hard-to-clean material (e.g. glitter, oils, spills, confetti, make up, etc.)
- We are not responsible for any loss of client's items.
- Late check out will be charged.
- No smoking cigarettes in studio area, only e-cigarettes are allowed.
- For photoshoots involving pets, please confirm in advance.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS
1. Full Payment due at time of booking to secure booking date.
2. Fee for additional time and additional equipment that was not billed during initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period.
3. Minimum of IDR 500.000 cleaning fee is required for excessively dirty studio or there is any hard-to-clean material (e.g. glitter, oils, spills, confetti, make up, etc.) left anywhere in the studio after rental period, large group or production crews exceeding 8 people.
4. Penalty fee of IDR 50.000/day will be applied after 24 hours if payment not settled by the end of the rental period.

RESCHEDULE POLICY & RENTAL PERIOD
Cancellation
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental date.
A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental date.
Rental Period
Rental period begins promptly at the prescribed starting time ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter's party is late.
Please consider this during your rental time: Make up, setup, tear down and cleaning are included in the rental period. The studio must be cleaned and emptied (restored) to its initial condition by the schedule end time.
Additional overtime fees will be charged according to the provisions of each studio if the renter exceeds the specified time limit
