Studio 2 by Osten Studio

Terms and Condition:
1. Full payment required in advance and it is non-refundable.
2. Reschedule must be made at least 2 days before booking day.
3. Rent Duration includes makeup, preparation, and clean up.
4. We are not responsible for bad lighting caused by bad weather.
5. A penalty will be charged for any damages according to the damage cause. 200k for flooring/wall cracks, 500k for floor/furniture stains. Broken props/lighting subject to the case.
6. Smoking/E-Smoking, and eating are not allowed.
7. Please keep the place stain and smell free if you are having snacks or drinks in the studio. No Durian, no excessive perfume.
8. Please kindly respect each others' privacy by not staring and documenting other's scene, as well as not to make too much noises in the studio.
9. Each studio is monitored by CCTV for security reasons.
10. Whoever has made a payment is deemed to have agreed to all of the points above.
11. Guests are expected to clear the area on time according to the rental schedule. Exceeding the time scheduled = extend 1 hr.
12. Please kindly re-confirm with Osten Team for the studio availability before paying for extra hour.
13. Medium sized pet photographer requires 4-hour minimum rent. Large sized pet photography requires 8-hour minimum rent. Any dirt (pee/poo) or incident made by the animals are the owner's responsibility. Potty are expected to be done outside our Ruko. Please wear pet pampers at all time. Do not groom in the studio. Pets are only allowed to be carried/caged to Studio 2.
14. Electricity will be turned off during check out time, please inform 15 mins in advance if you are planning to extend. Please stay on time.
15. Whoever has made a payment is deemed to have agreed to all of the points above. Osten have the full right to escort you out if you fail to follow.
