1. full payment is required to book your slot
2. once payment is made, it is non refundable
3. reschedule is allowed, max 7 days prior to the session (slot depends on the studio availability)
4. pets are prohibited in Halmeoni Room but allowed in Yeseul Room
5. time spent for preparation & clean-up is included in your reservation time
6. the studio is protected by 24 hour CCTV surveillance
7. smoking and use illegal substances are strongly prohibited
8. please keep the cleanliness of all areas
9. if there's any damages to the properties, penalties will be applied
