Terms & Conditions
1. Full payment is required upfront and no refunds are allowed for cancellations.
2. Rescheduling is allowed a maximum of once, provided the schedule is still available. Notify admin at least 1 day before.
3. Studio rental does not include a photographer.
4. Please provide the name of the brand/product that will be brought into the studio.
5. Studio capacity is a maximum of 8 people. If exceeding capacity, please wait outside the studio.
6. Please arrive and leave the studio on time. No extra time will be added if late.
7. Client makeup and preparation time are included in the studio rental time.
8. Additional rental fees will apply if the studio is occupied more than 15 minutes after the rental period ends.
9. Inform the front office before the rental period ends if additional time/overtime is required (if slots are available).
10. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
11. Pets are not allowed in the studio.
12. Please maintain cleanliness; food and drinks should be left at the front office and are not allowed inside the studio.
13. Please remove footwear upon entering the studio; shoes are only permitted for models. We provide footwear for studio use.
14. Props may be moved as needed but please return them to their original positions after use.
15. Any loss and damage to Samanoea's property during the rental period are the client's responsibility. The client must replace the item at its value or pay for repair/cleaning costs.
16. Loss or damage to client-owned items is not Samanoea's responsibility. Please check your belongings before leaving.
17. Payment implies acceptance of the above rules.
