The limbo edges are fragile, avoid stepping within 50cm of the back and sides to prevent damages. Any damages around the limbo edges will charges.

Full payment is required to book your slot, no cancellations/refunds are allowed.
Reschedulling is allowed once, with modifications requested at a minimum of 3 days before your reservation date
Please be on time for your bookings. Time spent on preparation, cleaning or delays are counted under your reservation time.
Clients are allowed to move our props, but for heavier items (lighting equipments, sofas, mirrors, etc), please enlist the help of our studio assistant to prevent damages.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness. Only talents are allowed to wear shoes on the limbo area for our 00 Space, Damages or significant stains will be charged accordingly.
Additional hours are based on availability.
Only e-cigarettes are allowed.
Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. We are not responsible for any last items.
