Studio Policies:
1. Booking is valid until full payment is made. Payment mus be done max. 6 hours after booking so we can lock the schedule.
2. No refund or cancellation after payment.
3. Reschedule must be informed max. H-3.
4. Rearranging studio layout is allowed.
5. Any damage to our properties will be charged. Please take a good care of our properties. Gently move the properties by lifting it, instead of dragging it.
6. We provide sandals that you can wear inside the studio. Please take off your shoes to keep our studio clean. Only clean shoes is allowed inside for content-making purpose.
7. You are not allowed to smoke inside our studio.
8. Eating in our white properties is not allowed, since it can easily get stained (white sofa, white table).
9. Make sure to exit on time to avoid extra charge. We will be giving an extra 5 minutes after your session to check out.
